I have lived here just over a year and I am eagerly looking forward to the end of my lease. During the 18 months in which I have lived here, there were four days when I had no hot water, two incidents when they would turn all the water off for up to three or more hours in the day with no notice at all, and offer no real apology when you called to complain. Twice the washing machine/dryer would not work after I had put in the correct amount of money to do my laundry. Also when snow collects on the property they are not always quick to remove it/salt it. I have certainly lived in better rentals.

You are right on! I gave them a generous approval rating previously, but in reality they are nasty, the place smells and when it snows beware of your neck. Also, they are notorious at shutting off the hot water. The filthy laundry room is dispecable and the machines steal your money. I left a resaonable approval rating previously because I was still looking for an apartment and wasn't sure if I would need Micozzi Management for a referral. As it turns out I did not and the best thing I ever did was leave that dump. No I live in a lovely apartment with my own entrance, driveway and courtyard. It shows to go you, when management companies mess with tenants, in they end they are truly the BIGGEST LOSERS!
