One year ago I started looking at apts in the Quincy area. There was a great variety and just by luck I ran across a Micozzi Management owned and managed building. I cannot say enough good things about where I live. Any small maintenance problems have always been taken care of quickly by the maitenance staff. From my leasing agent to the daily cleaner they have always treated me with total respect and are always courtious. Micozzi Management is tops from where I sit.
