We can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in every apartment around us. They tow guests out of visitor parking spots. You have to check in with them for everyhthing... feels like living in a dorm.

You are supposed to get a guest pass so people's boyfriends and girlfreinds (who secretly live there)do not take up the REAL guests spots
