My friends lives at 45 morton st, and they have bugs, their toilet is always making noise, you cant get a good night sleep because of the noise the toilet makes. but the worse part are the bugs that come out of the celling and toilet, and the management does nothing about it.

FYI 25 Morton St and 45 Morton st are different Buildings
