Small, noisy 16 unit building that is not actively managed or maintained. Thin walls and doors mean that you can hear your neighbors talk or snore (even in the bathroom). The plumbing is loud enough to disrupt your sleep.

Many discourteous people with absolutely no consideration for others live here. The place seems more like a boarding house than an apartment building. Some units have at least 6 adults in a 2 bedroom unit. Largely (illegal immigrants') Brazilian tenant base (this reviewer notes that there are many wonderful Brazilians - just not here). Exterior building doors are normally jammed by these "tenants" so that they can get in. They leave their apt. doors open and congregate loudly in the hallways. Lots of door slamming which reverberates inside your unit. They use the hallways and parking lot as storage (including car benches, mattresses, cleaning agents, industrial cleaning machines) - big fire and safety hazards.

Parking is a joke. Parking is supposed to be 1 car per unit but single apts. squeeze 3 or more cars into any conceivable empty space in the tiny parking lot - even if it means blocking others. You often find another car in your space. They don't care about hitting your car if they can squeeze in multiple cars. Same tenants throw loud parties in the parking lot - with bbq grills, boom boxes, and tables. They are also stupid enough to play soccer amongst the parked cars. (Don't bother trying to reason with them because they either don't speak English or don't care. A number of units seem to related to each other too.)

No snow removal in the winter, the grounds are often a dangerous sheet of ice or icy speed bumps. You have to shovel your car out after it snows. You're lucky if the landlord leaves a bag of salt at the front door.

The outside area, parking lot, and hallways are sometimes dark due to broken lights or the timer not reset for daylight savings time. The hallways and common areas are filthy with no cleaning schedule. Garbage constantly overflows the small dumpster and people resort to placing trash outside it.

Landlord doesn't care - he doesn't return calls when you have an issue (lives elsewhere).

It was just an awful place with no redeeming qualities. Good riddance!
