My family and I moved to Archstone Quarry Hills just about a month ago and we couldn't be happier with the choice we made. Right from the get-go the management was pleasant to deal with and beyond helpful. The apartments are gorgeous and we never hear our neighbors.
Any service request you make (which you can make online, you can even pay your rent online) is completed within 24 hours, and they follow-up every request with a phone call to make sure you're satisfied. The folks in the management office always greet you with a smile, and they actually remember your name.
The community is quiet, the residents are respectful, the quarry is near-by for hiking or rock climbing, and the Granite Links Golf Club is across the street (The Tavern at the golf club has fantastic food and great service).
We only have two complaints -- some residents don't clean up after their dogs (not the management's fault; they've installed Fido Stations with plastic bags all around the complex). Our other complaint is that the main gates seem to be open a little too often, but this is something that management is working on with the gate manufacturer.
I highly recommend this community. It's well worth the money!
