moved in originally thought this place was great...then started noticing things like very low water pressure, hallways that never get painted even though they have big plaster repairs, noisy neighbors and thin walls, if the power goes out your car is trapped in the garage, apartments near ricciuti drive get treated to all kinds of noise all night long from the quincy auto auction lot and truck noise.
