I have lived here for over a year and am sorry to go. The apartment is without a doubt the nicest I have ever lived in. The community is quiet. The kitchens are beautiful. The crown molding is a great touch. High ceilings. They spared no expense (well, I m sure they spared some, but I never noticed it). The amenities are nice. The staff is wonderful. I really have nothing bad to say.

They attempted to institute a recycle program (which I personally could care less about) and it became an issue from an appearance stance and they noticed it and ended the program. I m sure they are working on some new plan, but most places would have just left it. I really liked that they cared enough about the appearance of the property to be proactive on this.

Yes, the gates don t work all the time, but no apartment gates work all the time.

Pet owners are very responsible (either that or the landscaping people are out there every day picking it up). Never stepped in let alone seen any #2.

I am sorry to go. This is really a great apartment community.
