I moved in thinking it would be quiet and peaoeful.. the other resident made a good point the walls are paper thin, poor construction with the windows and a constant draft in the winter months which equals to a high electric bill .. that and i live above my neighbors garage and i constantly hear them coming in and out at all hours. its great to have a garage but not everyone uses their own garages which makes for a HORRIBLE parking situation. I am up for renewal right now and that came as a huge shock to me because they've increased my rent so much and trying to talk to stacey is like talking to a wall she doesn't care and would rather see us move out then try and work with us in staying. not very friendly in the leasing office. If you are thinking of moving in I would think twice.
