First I must say that management and service and repairs are very friendly, and incredibly responsive. I have never waited longer than 45 minutes whenever I have had a service issue. Also, Lorenzo, Stacie, Jean, and the "other girl," (sorry I can't remember your name) are all incredibly helpful and pleasant. They are all very responsive.

Downside- we live above the garages and it can be noisy sometimes. However, management has been very responsive in trying to check the garage doors and make them quieter.

Also, the walls are very thin and the apartments are poorly insulated. In winter there is a constant draft around the windows and outlets and this makes a high electric bill.

There is only one large central dumpster so all of the trash has to be driven- plus there is no recycling program.

It is very nice to have an actual laundry ROOM with a full size washer and dryer. Only problem is there doesn't seem to be a vent and all of that heat and moisture stays trapped in the room turning it into a sauna! But nice in the winter :)

However, it is nice to have a garage with access to the apartment, all doors are double bolted, and there is secure entry into all buildings AND the property. The gym and common area are very nice and well kept. Also the dog owners seem to be considerate and I have never noticed messes or noise from dogs.

Overall one of the best managed places I have ever lived, and I have lived in a lot of apartments all over the country. I would recommend to a friend.
