Location is great - walking distance to a fantastic grocery store, Roche Bros., plus Walmart, a drycleaners, bank, video rental store, and Walgreen's.
What I don't like is being nickled and dimed for monthly "amentities" fees, high rate for garage rental, etc.
Since it was build about five years ago, the walls were slapped up and are not well build units in terms of noise. I've been lucky with quiet neighbors, but when I was on the ground floor, it was extremely noisy. Overpriced but they say it's due to market demand. Great to have washer/dryer in each unit. That's part of the "luxury"
