I do not believe this apartment to be worth the expense. I just moved out after living there for a year. The noise level was ridiculous. And management merely suggested that I move my furniture away from the walls if it was bothering me. I spoke with neighbors who also agreed that the noise was out of control. The walls in these buildings are paper thing. I wouldn't take my chances that your neighbors will be quiet. It is nice to look at, and does have some nice features but it is hardly worth the aggravation you have to deal with. Also is very expensive. I have looked at similiar complexes in the area that were charging less. Overall, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
