Excellent Complex

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
We have lived in this complex for 2 years and our experience has been very positive.

The service is excellent, maintenance staff reacts very promptly, and the overall condition of the apartment and entire complex is superior.

Rents are not a bargain but at least here you can make sure that you get value for money. I have lived in another complex in the Boston area that charged similar rents but the service was only half as good.

Overall, Avalon at Faxon Park is a good choice.
