We moved to Quincy a year and a half ago, after dealing with a drunk psycho landlady from hell situation. We have found Avalon at Faxon Park a most wonderful experience. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The maintainance staff are great, helping us with minor problems immediately. The on-site exercise room is always clean and not crowded. The pool is great.

I have been familiar with the Avalon Corp. for several years, since I have lived in the Nanuet NY and Princeton NJ areas where several Avalon complexes are. At the time, I bought condos, but not before considering the Avalon Apts. The prices were comparable with the ammenities and close to shopping and major highways.

We moved to Faxon Park because it was the nicest apts and living area for the rent.
Boston rents are higher than NJ or Westchester Co./Rockland Co. NY We have a great view of the woods, sothern exposure for house plants, a deck and quiet neighbors.

If you work in Boston, or Cambridge like I do, I highly recommend Avalon at Faxon Park as a wonderful place to live.
