My recommendation is that don't ever move in this complex.

The complex looks good from outside but there are dirty tricks in the management of this complex to steal your money. Most office people are pleasant to talk to, especially --------. The senior manager, -------, is totally opposite. She is bossy Why she likes to be bossy, I don't understand. What does she think she is' Is she a millionaire' No. Does she look classy' No. Is she pretty' No. She is unfriendly and mean. The first time you saw her, you did not like her right away because of the way she talked. She is not caring at all. She is not willing to resolve your problems. A lot of people in the complex complained and gossiped about this woman. I think she should be fired. Hope that the top people at Avalon read the reviews on this website.

The maintenance people are OK; though not very responsive. I mean, not effectively responsive (i.e., not getting the job done quickly)

The gym: make sure that if you are a lady, don't go to the gym alone. (serious).

Rent price: too expensive after you add the "mysterious" bills.

Finally, all the good reviews on this website: I doubt that they come from real people.
