Please consider this place before you move.. You will require to become a garbage man and also your car needs to be a garbage carrier. They have the garbage disposal unit 1/2 mile away.. at the end of the apartment complex.. Yes at the end and if you are living in building A-C poor guys, you have to carry your garbage all the way there..

Just think of days when it is snowing and you have a baby. The great Winters.. Stinking diapers.. And how about if your car breaks down.. funny right.. Taking garbage for 1/2 mile in winter.. Or else probably take a cab.. I am not sure you will get one.

If you want to carry garbage please rent here.. Management used to arrange for a weekly once garbage retrieval, which was suddenly stopped - no reasons given just before X-Mas 2007..

The buildings are good.. Parking is good.. Commute is good.. Staff are good.. Manager doesnt know how to behave.. i agree with the previous poster.. but thats her personality.. but a ok person.. The neighbourhood is good.. The rent is okay.. Sometimes you get cheated.. But you can get a good deal.. But beware of picking your XXXX.. Dont get me wrong.. I have lived in places where you need to throw the garbage little bit far.. But this is seriously 1/2 a mile.

Only other thing to check if you wanna carry your Xxxx 1/2 mile is please check the window sealings and the fireplace.. You will get a warm(') breeze always in winter and it is supposed to be the design as per management.. So pls. make sure to check the sealings..
