Overall fairly clean, but noisy and the managment?s suggestions are useless. You will think your neighbors are walking down in your apartment - that?s how much noise can be transmitted via the walls.
Ameneties are good, but the club-house is off limit for parties or rental. It is used only by the managment. The landscape is nice. The parking space is very limited and often you?ll park away from your entrance if your neighbors have an out-of-state friend with a car. There is no assigned parking, and the garages are way overpriced - we use it for additional storage space.
