I lived here 2001-2003 with happily and management people are very nice and helpful. You can't see this kind of professionalism anywhere. I did mistake moving out from here to another community (Cliffside Commons --> Please Do Not Move), thought the new place will be good as I already lived here 2 years and new place will be good. But new place is not good now I'm relieing why I moved there, always comparing this Avalon Summit management people and crooked people at new place. This is nice place, hallways are cleaned daily and fitness centre is good and clean, living people are almost professionals. Do not miss this people. Rent also cheap, comparing to other luxury community. Only issue is small swimming pool.

If you are renting, this is the place to rent and live. I'll moving back to this community again (if I get good rent rate), once my new place lease is over.
