Overall good apt but rental mgmt dept. provides very poor service.

The apartment complex attracts professional tenants who are good neighbors. I had to contact the rental office several times for each maintenace issue and the maintenance team did not adequately follow-up on open items. Most of the leasing office staff is friendly but can be difficult to work with at time.
