This is a "nice" place to live in Quincy. It's mostly young professionals sprinkled with a few empty nesters. Most of the residents are quiet and friendly. I have to concur w/the last posting about the parking lot. Cars will stay in the same place for months w/o mgmt doing anything. The place has had some great managers. There is a new one now. Rent is high, but may come down now that there are brand new luxury apts directly across the street.
