Everyone is nice in the Avalon Summit Apartment area. The maintance is up to speed with duties. The best things about Avalon Summit is that they have a nice swimming pool and a 24 hour gym. Staff is always around when needed. The only thing wrong with Avalon Summit is that it Has construction on the other side of the road and their is no bus routes on the street. other then that I like it here.
