I just wanted to write a quick note because, one, I usually don't do these type of letters, and, two, I know that I am not very good at them.

I am writing about the management and staff at Avalon apartments, 150 quarry st, quincy, Mass. To say that they individuals are not the most caring and professional people that I have come in contact with concerning my living quarters would do each of them a great injustice.
I was a military officer for 11 years and have been in the civilian sector for about three and recently moved with my girlfriend from Chicago. So... needless to say, I have moved approximately 20 times in my life.
Never and I mean never have a come across a group like you have here at Avalon Summitt. Each, in turn, has helped, or should I say, gone out of their way to help myself or my girlfriend on more than one occassion. For instance, Stacy, well let me just say that the management directly reflects in each and everyone of your employees and to see the fortitude and commitment displayed by her employees. The list would be too long to talk about her accomplishments.
Jaemi, checked us in, very professional and polite. Let's me accomplish anything that I need to in the main office, as if I worked there also.
Darlene, always pleasant and there with a smile. Has delivered time sensitive packages directly to my room when I knew that I would not be home until late in the morning.
the rest of the maintenance staff, to include: Jozef, Greg, Tom and PJ all work what seems around the clock to get the job done right, the first time, until it is done. I will certainly recommend this apartment complex to any and all of my friends. I can't say enough good things about everyone here. Just keep it up.
