Overall, I have found Avalon Summit to be a nice place to live. The strength of this property is the staff. The Office Staff and Maintenace staff are personbable, helpful and just plain nice.

Even though this is a luxury apartment building, I have found the appliances to be average, the heating systems are noisy, too.

I have also found the rent to be in the higher price rane as compared to other properties.
