Following features are most attractive
1.

The rent is nominal.

I got the free deal for 2 months and the rent worked out to be $875 for $1050 worth apartment.

2.

Darlene has been friendly and she took time to show every apartment that was available and gave ample time to review the options.

3.

The apartments did not come with Washer and dryer but the convinence is that we had two washers and two driers in the same floor which was as good as having them in the apartment.

4.

The Avalon summit apartments also provided us with a storage facility on the same floor.

We maintained our packing materials which was helpful when we moved out.

5.

The apartment had good landscaping and ample parking facility.

6.

The apartment was close to the railway station and shopping center (5 minutes drive and 20 minutes walk).

It would be convinient if a shuttle service is operation from Home to Station.

I enjoyed living in Quincy.

7.

Good Neighbours and friendly dwellers.

8.

The lease breakage fees are exhorbitant and it is not suitable for people who break the lease within one year.

You almost pay the full year's worth rent.

I have been cheated by the management who have charged me $550 more than the agreed lease breakage fees when I closed my lease.
