I live at Avalon Summit West building and noticed there is a lot of trash in and around the parking lot all the time as opposed to the other building where the office is.

That building always looks spotless, you don't even see a cigarette butt! You hardly see anyone picking up and the woods on the side are horrible! People park there and always throw their garbage right in the woods and grassy area too I don't understand why that can't be picked up too! I know they renovated the building but I feel like they give it no attention inside and out.

The lobby always has trash on the floor and the laundry rooms look terrible.

The brand new elevators always are dirty too! Half shiny half dull and the glass all over has a haze on it you can write notes in it! I like living here but I hate how dirty and unkempt it looks and wish it was given more attention.
