The apartment itself is nice enough, however the management is poor.
They do not handle maintenance in a timely manner (the actual maintenance men are wonderful and helpful and understanding, it's the management that misguides them!) and they consistently tell you one thing and then act on another set of unheard of principles.
Not only would I suggest you not live here, but I would suggest you pass the word because while at first it's wonderful, they will repeatedly screw you over your tenancy there.
Poor business practices, poor hiring practices, obviously no respect for their residents.
