Having lived at Avalon Summit for a few years, I cannot say enough about the availability of the staff to help you out when there is a problem.

They go out of their way to make sure that your problem is rectified.

You would not get the amenities which Avalon offers any where else, i.e., bringing packages directly to your apartment if you are not able to pick them up in the office.

I feel that the staff does far more than the job description entails, and they do it in a friendly way.

You must live elsewhere and then move to Avalon to see what you get for the price.

I lived there through changes in the staff, and I can say that everyone was wonderful, and should I move back to Massachusetts, Avalon would be the first place I would consider.

Thank you to the prior and present staff for making my time at Avalon most enjoyable.
