Hi, stayed in avlon sumiit for a year, and i say that its not worth at all in all sense.Only maintenance is good.
If u dont return the house in the perfect condition as it was, then you will be charged hundreds of dollars.
Even if we spend hours in cleaning and then return the house,you are still charged hundreds of dollars.
Dont expect that you will receive full refund of the security deposit you.You will never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh my goodness, I am fighting with them about them charging me. It is ridiculous. I spent 6 hours really cleaning the place, steam cleaning the rugs, they are the worst!!!

Glad I'm out of there, but I did get a full security deposit back. My cats even tore up the carpet a little, but it was due to be replaced so I wasn't charged.
