Avalon Summit Apartments

Icky hotel From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I never actually lived in the Summit apartments, but I did visit and have a tour of several of them when I was thinking about renting a place there (this past June). The only thing I can desribe the complex as is an icky hotel. Smoking is allowed in the apartments, and so the halls reek of smoke. The hallways are claustrophobic, dark and remind me of a bad dorm building. The rooms I looked at where rough. Needless to say I chose to live elsewhere. Go visit before you decide to live here.
