Nice, but a couple of issues

We have lived at Cliffwalk since it opened.
Overall, we like it.
They keep the grounds neat, and the staff is helpful.
There are a couple of things though.
1- You have NO CHOICE of cable and internet provider.
The force you to use New England Broadband, and their service is HPORRIBLE and expensive.
Our internet goes down daily and the cable goes down on occasion.
Unfortunately, one of those times was during the Sox playoffs (against the Yanks), bottom of the 9th, David Ortiz at bat- then all of a sudden snow.
No kidding.
You get one spot, then have to pay for another.
This is Quincy, not Boston.
Why pay for parking' My last gripe is that the pool closed early.
I understand that Memorial Day was what they had set, but we then had 2 weeks of 85 degree weather.
Keep it open guys!
Other than that, nice gym, nice social room and very quiet.
Also, because it is expensive to live here, there is no riff-raff.
