I have lived at Cliffwalk for over a year and am not at all impressed with the management company. Time and time again I have complained about New England Broadband (our ONLY choice for internet and cable), and it is obvious that they just don't care.
You should know that if you have cable you can't have a DVD player hooked up. You have to unhook the cable, hook up the DVD if you want to watch a movie.
So, you pay to live in a "Luxury Apartment" and can't have a DVD player and cable'''!!! HELLO!
Also, the internet is SLOW and crashes daily.
The office lies and says they are looking into alternatives, but I have been hearing that for over a year and do not believe them. They refuse to have a tenant meeting to discuss any of these issues. Again, they don't care.
The one thing I will say is that the maintenance guy, Tom, is nice and helpful. Also, the gym is pretty darn good for an apartment bldg.
Overall, I hate to say it, but it is not worth the money. The management company isn't great, but having to deal with New England Broadband kills it.
