We have lived here for over 2 years.
Here is an update.
Management: The new manager is awful.
She can't be bothered to meet or speak directly, all contact through the staff.
I have been to the office twice since she arrived to talk about some basic issues or questions and she would not even come out to say hello.
She yelled the answers out of her office door.
Pool: When we signed our lease in 2005 we were told the pool hours that the pool hours were going to be 8am to 10pm.
When the company realized that a lifeguard was required, the hours were changed to 10am to 8pm.
Quality: Now that the building is now over 2 years old, the poor construction quality is showing, not only the craftmanship but the materials.
Such a shame: It is a shame because the location is perfect and the concept.
If they did not take the shortcuts on construction and found an outgoing manager with enthusiasm it would be at least a 8 out of 10 versus a 5 out of 10.
