Cliffwalk

 

I have lived at Cliffwalk for almost a year now and I absolutely love it.

Yes it has its pros and cons but overall it has been great.

The pros: New Construction, Large Floor Plans, Awsome Gym, Huge bathrooms with Deep Large Oval soaking tubs, a girls best friend-Large Closets and safety, security cameras like the ones you see in casinos and busy retail stores, so you know you are safe.

Due to the higher rent I have not seen any "questionable" neighbors and because the building is set back from the main busy road it it quiet and peaceful.

Also if you enjoy nature and its beauty an apartment facing the Blue Hills Reservation is just great.

Sunsets and fall foliage are to die for in this apartment community.

Did someone mention location' If you have to commute this is the commuters dream! If you work in Boston or the 128 belt this will make your work commute a breeze.

Now the cons, cable and internet is less than perfect.

Why you ask' Because there is one service provider, you got it no Comcast or other reputable provider.

I have given up surfing the net because during peek hours, after work 6-8pm the system is backed up with all the residents trying to check email and the like.

I am not a huge cable individual so I find that to be adequate then again I have not invested in a plasma just yet.

I hear from the grape vine that Comcast will be here by December 1st of this year so all my worries with internet and cable will be gone.

FINALLY!! Once Comcast is in here this place will be PERFECT.

The other con is that although the staff seems to keep the place looking and running very well I can never seem to find someone physically there.

We would like to pick up our packages but they are often kept hostage at the Management office until you are able to take time off work to make it to the office when it's open.

Guys, can someone please let me know when my pakage comes in and please keep the office open so that I can get my package before the weekend.

Besides those cons this has been the best apartment I have lived and I have lived in very nice apartments in the Back Bay, Brookline and Fenway.

None of which came close to Cliffwalk.

I would highly recommend this community.
