I've read the reviews, and couldn't disagree more with everyone's gripping and complaining. I have lived here for a year and half and have never had any major issues. I never hear my neighbors, and hardly ever see them for the matter. The building is quiet, and residences generally stick to themselves. The fitness center is ok. It is enough that I didnt have to go and get a gym membership. The pool is great during the summer. Utility costs are amazing. I live on the 4th floor and havent had to turn my heat on all winter. My gas during the winter and electric during the summer were never more than $50 each. You can't beat that. I have always found the staff friendly. I've locked myself out on two occasions, and a staff member was here to let me in less than 30 minutes (after hours). I've only had two issues. Tile was coming up in my laundry room and a light bulb burnt out. Both were fixed the same day. I've looked at a lot of other places in the area, and I dont think you can beat the price, location, and quality. A lot of other places in Quincy are noisy, over crowded, and ---- holes. I'm happy to be living in Cliffwalk and would recommend to anyone.
