Keep your eyes & ears open when you view these apartments. Ask MANY questions, i.e. elevators, stairs, apartment noise, potential tenant needs of apartments, etc.

Looks are definitely deceiving here! It was good while it lasted but this "non-luxury" building is not worth the rent they charge. If you encounter any issues, do not count on the office manager to work through the issue. She will side with the violators & not you. STAY AWAY! There are cheaper places that offer more!
