I have lived here for four years. When I first moved here the tenants were very clean and respectable. I don't know what has happened in the past couple of years but believe me this building is going to the birds. I have come home several times to find empty bottles and beer cans tossed around the parking lot and in the potted plants out front. Tenants drop trash and food in the hallway and just leave it. One night I went down to get a snack out of the machine and there was broken glass and blood in the elevator and a man sleeping in the lobby!!! Early one Saturday morning on the way to work I stepped in the elevator and was hit in the face with a foul odor. I then noticed a pile of throw up in the corner. I swear there are addicts living downstairs. The maintenance crew is very nice and quick to help. The bulding is kept very clean and tiddy during the week but on the weekends it goes straight to hell. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I have to agree. When I first moved in it was great and I loved it so much!! Now I am going to my second year and I have seen things that are not that great or that save to live there anymore. Yesterday we got home from work and the smell of vomit in our hallway was so intense; gross. I seriously think there are a few punks that have nothing else to do than to ruin your peace. Management looks tired of the crap and not doing much about it. There is so much trash there on the weekends. I know the economy is bad and a lot of people move in and out but don't hire anyone just because they can pay the rent. Everyone deserves equal opportunity to move into a place they like and qualify for however we need to be a bit more selective of the people we allow to move in especially when there is elderly people living there and people with kids. I have seen young punks using their laptops downstairs in the lobby stealing internet. People secure your network by putting a password. HELLO!! You don't know who is using your internet!!!! There are a couple that all they do is smoke weed and for them not to get caught they put all these candles in their apartment that you can smell it all througout the entire floor; gross!!! It is just out of control!!! I am just very sad because I like the location a lot... is near shops and the beach. Please, do something!!!
