The apartments are nice. Cute kitchen...nice and big, but the bedrooms aren't too spacious. dishwasher doesn't work too well...glasses and cups were always spotted! Ample parking, but neighborhood kids were always hanging out in the lot. Kids were quite loud across the street at the Middle school and always hanging out on the front lawn after school.
