Excellent place for middle-income family From: happyIO Date posted: 9/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   An excellent place for middle-income family, neighbours are friendly. Apartment is a walkable distance from quincy center,store 24 hrs, 24 hours pharmacy, and a super-stop shop close by. You really do not need a car for any of these. MBTA access is excellent, just on the doorway. Affordable rent, and excellent service by Mike. Attend to the elevators, dishwashers are good, but they can improve to speed up. Overall, it is nice place to stay for an affordable rent.
