I lived in the Daniel Cronin apts from
1992-1992 DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT MOVE TO THE WASHINGTON STREET LOCATION IN QUINCY MA
THIS PLACE IS ROACH INVESTED AND THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE SUCKS!!! THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE NO BUGS... WELL BELIEVE ME THIS PLACE IS ROACH INVESTED AND THE HALLWAYS ARE DIRTY, ROACHES RUN DOWN THE HALLWAY I THOUGHT I WAS LIVING IN THE GHETTO! THE WASHING MACHINE FACILITES ARE AWFUL AND THE MACHINES HARDLY EVER WORKED.
THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE I STILL HAVE BAD DREAMS OF THIS PLACE. ALSO THERE ARE A BUNCH OF DRUNKS, AND PHYSCOS THAT LIVE THERE THAT SHOULD BE IN A INSTITUTION LET ME ALLOWED TO LIVE IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR.....DON'T WASTE,YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THIS PLACE IS A
DAMM DUMP THIS APARTMENT PLACE SHOULD BE TORN DOWN AND THE OWNERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! TO LET PEOPLE LIVE IN THIS SWALLOR!!!

The Place at 20 Reed Street is Roach infested please do notmove there. Exterminators can't keep up with Mice, Roaches, and Bed Bugs. If you want to expose to Chemical move in. I'm out of this smelly and nasty place.
