The place at Reed Street in Randolp is nasty. It's a mice and roaches infested place.
Exterminator can't keep up with those nuisances. Mouse ---- is all over the place. Roches eggs is all over from your fridge to your bathroom. Long exposure of this chemical can lead to cancer including other illnesses.

They manage 4 apartment buildings here on Reed Street in Randolph and no they are not professionally staffed. I have resided here for 10 years now and have had maybe 2 mice but also own a cat, I can honestly say that I have seen less than 10 roaches in 10 years and I believe that it's how you keep your apartment. Just because your neighbors have roaches doesn't mean that you get them. The units are culturally mixed and each building is definately different from one another. I wouldn't recommend anyone with children to move into these units as the laundry facilities are small 2 washers and dryers for 36 units, the front doors are unsecure, the hallway rugs need to be replaced and all of the bathrooms need to be totally redone. What keeps this place established is that it very convenient to Boston and the South Shore.
