Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001

Ripped Screens, broken sliding screen doors, cracked balconies, stained and ripped carpets, REALLY COLD WATER in the mornings (commuting hours), paper-thin walls, disgusting laundry rooms, wrecked linoleum kitchen floors, and spray-painted kitchen appliances just to name a few of the amenities at Faxon Commons.

Nothing like the model apartment shown, and you can?t see yours until moving day! What a racket Corcoran Mgt!

BTW, the Fitness Room usually unusable due to broken equipment.

However, the grounds are beautiful and a suck-in to any sucker who drives in.

At least I knew where my rent was going besides lining the pockets of staff.

Gotta love the smells of other lands though, they?re embedded in the hallways.

Staff certainly wasn?t the greatest either.

Could be very patronizing.
