Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1997
 
Then move here. The Grounds are always beautiful and well-kept, however, when I lived there in 1998, the interior staircases were crumbling, paint and wallpaper were peeling, and usually at least one washer and dryer were always non-functioning. You're roped in with the look of the grounds and shown a very nice model, then you move in. I found the office staff very evasive when dealing with problems on site. I lived here only one year and moved out. I didn?t look back.
