I?ve lived in Faxon Common for about one and a half years with my wife, we now have relocated to San Francisco for the nice weather, I have notice all these complains about the property, I personally have never experience any of it, in fact, it?s pretty much the opposite of some of these complains. I was in the real estate business for 8 years, working as a property manager in New Jersey, so I pay extra attention to things like this. All the times that we live there, it?s been great, we didn?t have any problem at all, I met all the people that works there, they are nice and friendly, and of course you have to be nice in order to be treated the same way, some people just act like a ---- and expect others to bend over backwards for them, and if that doesn?t happen, they complain about it. I?ve seen lot of these situations when I was managing a property in New Jersey. More than likely, these people will complain about any other place they live in. Think about it, if the place is as bad as they say, they would have been out of business already, last time I check, they were doing pretty good. I like it, and I would recommended to others.
