They advertise as a luxury apartment complex but is really more like a housing project.

You would not believe the low quality of people that live here! Mostly immigrants (-------) and white trash.

Morning noon and night all you smell is curry cooking.

People smoke in the elevators and common areas and just put out there cigs on the floor.

This morning there were 3 people sitting on the floor outside my door drinking a case of bud at 5am.

Every night there is some disturbance that wakes me up whether it is a bunch of shady characters hanging around the entrance or out on their balconies at 3am.

There is no security or anyone that keeps an eye on the place so once the sun goes down I don't even feel safe leaving my apt.

Basically the people that live here don't know how to behave and property management can't do anything about it or won't do anything about it because their #1 goal is to keep vacancies to a minimum.
You can't see the actual apartment you will live in until the day you sign the lease.

When you submit an application you have to give 1/2 months deposit and once you are accepted you have 3 days to make a decision about moving in or you automatically forfeit your deposit.
The apt's are in terrible condition.

I have lived here for less than a month and 'maintenance' has been to my apt at least 6 times.

Half the electrical outlets did not work, my stove turned itself on while I was not home and almost caused a fire, and the garbage disposal has already broke.

You are lucky to get any hot water in the morning...

empty beer cans in the hallways...shopping carts in the hallways...etc.

Moving here is the worst decision I ever made.

I'm 1 month into my 1 year lease and can't wait till the next time I move.

My advice to you is pass this place by.

'Luxury' my ---!!!
