Candycoat it any way you want Faxon, but I suggest living somewhere else.

I have read the other 11 comments here, and I have to agree with most on the whole.
The grounds are beautiful, but that is where the rent goes. However, the overfilled dumpsters on the grounds are hidden by high wooden fences. Just hope not to venture within to empty your trash.
The Entry Ways have been renovated, but that doesn?t dimiss the paper thin walls and floors, and the ugly and curling wallpaper found in the bathrooms, the kitchen appliances obviously spray-painted to match colors, and the bad carpets and linoleum.
And, lets not forget the large storage areas provided to residents, that are usually broken and stained wooden bins behind barely affixed plywood doors. AND, the Laundry facilities are pretty insufficient and pricey.
The gym is horrid and musty, and the staff only cares about bringing in more renters without addressing the needs of those renters already there.
The increases to annual rent are at least 13% , which is has no bearing at all considering today?s market. I?ve seen the rent go up, BUT, never come down.
Overall, the Corcoran Mgt. company should be highly ashamed of itself for promoting such an inferior product at such a high cost.
Thanks for the memories. The property certainly won?t be forgotten, no matter how it's candycoated through marketing efforts.
