I don't see what all of these people are talking about when they trash Faxon Commons. I have lived here for 4 years. There have been alot of changes for the better. Many of the residents here are very nice. There is a very diverse community. If people do not like it here then they should move and not complain so much.

I had some issues that the staff took care of immediately. Some of the other residents do not understand that. I had a problem in my bathroom on a Sunday night. While the maintenance person was there he was paged 5 times for a lightbulb out in another resident's apartment. Does that seem like an emergency' I don't think so. This man was working on a water emergency and he was getting paged for the stupidest things. Now you can see why some people are unhappy because they expect too much!

I love my home and want good people to live here. The office staff is very efficient and so is the maintenance staff.
