I have lived at Faxon Commons for a little over 2 years. While there are a few maintenance issues, I find that as long as I report the problems I might have to the rental office, I get the problem solved in a timley manner.



The actual apartments are spacious with a lot of closet space. There are smells of food in the hallways at times, but it all comes with living in a condominium style complex.



The office staff are very helpful and friendly and I haven?t had any issues with them. When I go into the office for any reason, whether it be to pay my rent or to pick up a package, I am always greeted with a smile and some type of conversation.



The grounds are beautiful and kept up wonderfully. The maintenance staff are also very pleasant and helpful.



My opinion is that you wont know if you like Faxon Commons unless you experience living there and not just go by other peoples opinions.
