I am moving out from my one bedroom apt after 2 yrs.Rentwhen i Joined was 1160 , now it is increased to 1300.Also 60 days Notice period.


Also new guys stay at $ 1050 in the same apartment.


So why should i pay 250 more than the next door guy




Also if you try to talk with the management(Corcoran), there is the property manager responsible who will never return the calls.She is too busy always.They will never even hear about any talk of negotiation.I think they are taking for granted that people will stay there whatever the rents are.Also they are only bothered about the would be renters.Existing renters are taken for granted that they will live there for eternity.

One thing they need to remember is If they keep the existing guys happy , then they themselves will market Faxon commons.Else it will be a negative campaign for sure
