I passed everything from credit check to land lord reference and I was very up front and honest w/them and told them I had 2 cats and that I have a doctor's note. They stalled w/my reasonable accomodation and then 3 days before I was due to move they informed me that I was unable to take my cats, but would not give me a reason and all they said was that they were going to mail me a letter. First of all that's illegal and cruel. How can someone do that to a person 3 days before they are due to move in their apt. I am all packed and already reserved my apt. It's cruel, but that's how they do things at Faxon Commons. I am not one to like to cause trouble, but if you read this regardless if you have a reasonable accomodation or not beware because they don't deal honestly from the beginning and that is a PROBLEM.
