Years at this apartment: 2002 - 1991
 
Property managers do not care and are seldom on premises; maintenance issues are often corrected the cheapest way not the correct way; a large amount of Section 8 tenants; parking is not the best; people are noisy and slobs hence Section 8; this property was nice but equity has run it into the grond from what it used to be; otherwise nice location it?s too bad
